Fletcher Limousine is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle at any time. The client is responsible for
all members of their party.
Any damage to the vehicle occurring from misuse or abuse will be the responsibility of the customer who
signed the contract; a credit card on file will be billed accordingly. A $250 cleaning fee will be imposed to
hiree if anyone in their party spills excessive drinks or gets sick in our vehicles.
DEPOSITS: Deposits are refundable within a 30 day cancellation of date of event.
PAYMENT: Balances paid on the day of service must be in the form of cash or certified funds at the first pick
up. Final payments by personal check must be received 30 days in advance. Credit card payments can only
be made with our office staff during our normal business hours.
CANCELLATION: The customer is liable for the full balance when canceling within 30 days of the contracted
date except for weddings. Full balance is due for wedding contracts when canceling within 30 days of
wedding date. ** Exceptions may apply.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: Fletcher Limousine also reserves the right to terminate service to anyone
who does not abide by the law and company policies.
No smoking is allowed at any time inside the limousine.
We reserve the right to terminate service with no refund if "our policies" or "State & Federal Laws" are
ignored by anyone riding inside our vehicles.
